Content: All the stuff on our site – text, photos, guides – is owned by Macaw Mountain LLC or our partners. You can read and share links, but don’t copy or sell our content without asking us first.
Accuracy: We do our best to keep our guides and info accurate, but jungles change! Trails might close, or prices shift. Always double-check with local guides before heading out.
Booking with Us
How It Works: When you fill out our booking form, you’re asking us to help plan your jungle adventure. We’ll connect you with local operators (like in Honduras or Peru) and share options based on your request.
Responsibility: We’re not a tour operator ourselves – we connect you with trusted partners. Once you book with them, their terms apply (like cancellation policies). We’re not liable if a tour goes sideways (e.g., weather cancels a hike).
Payments: Any payments go through our partners, not us directly. Make sure you understand their refund rules before paying.
Your Responsibilities
Be Honest: When filling out forms, give us real info (name, email, etc.). Wrong details could mess up your trip plans.
Respect the Jungle: Follow eco-tourism guidelines in our guides – stick to trails, don’t litter, and respect wildlife.
Age: You gotta be 18 or older to book with us. If you’re younger, get a parent or guardian to handle it.
Limitations of Liability
We love helping you plan jungle trips, but we can’t control everything:

No Guarantees: We can’t promise every trail or lodge will be exactly as described – nature’s unpredictable!
Not Our Fault: We’re not responsible for injuries, losses, or issues during your travels (like a missed flight or a snake scare). Book with reputable operators and get travel insurance!
Site Issues: If our website goes down or has bugs, we’ll fix it fast, but we’re not liable for any inconvenience.
Intellectual Property
Our name, logo, and content (like our “Top 5 Honduras Trails” guide) are ours. You can share our site link or quote us with credit, but don’t repost our stuff as your own or use it for profit without permission.

Changes to Terms
We might update these terms if our services grow or laws change. We’ll post the new version on our site, and if it’s a big change, we’ll try to let you know via email or a pop-up. Keep checking back here.

Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of Utah, USA, where we’re based. If there’s a legal dispute, it’ll be handled in Utah courts (but let’s hope it never comes to that!).
